This policy explains how The Tech Narrative Ltd. processes personal data when you use the LoanBee, Loan Amortisation Calculator, and Loan Amortization Calculator websites and mobile apps (together, the Services).

1. Who we are

The Services are operated by The Tech Narrative Ltd. (company no. 14862125), registered at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

2. Information we process

2.1 Calculator information

Loan calculations are performed in your browser or on your device. We do not operate user accounts, maintain customer profiles, or have a customer database. We do not store your calculation inputs or amortization schedule.

When you run a calculation on the website, values such as the loan amount, interest rate, term, start date, optional payments, calculation mode, and currency are placed in the page URL so the calculation can be restored and shared.

URLs are included in ordinary HTTP requests and may therefore appear temporarily in hosting or security logs. If analytics is enabled with your consent, the analytics provider may also receive the page URL. Anyone with whom you share a calculation link can read the values contained in it. Do not enter or share information that directly identifies you or another person.

With analytics consent, Google Analytics receives calculator-use events. These use an amount range rather than the exact loan amount and may include the interest rate, term, currency, calculation mode, whether optional payments were used, and the number of calculations made during the browser session.

2.2 Technical and usage information

Depending on your choices and the service being used, we and our providers may process:

• IP address and request information;
• page viewed, referring page, date, and time;
• browser, operating system, device type, and approximate region;
• interactions such as calculations, exports, language changes, and app-store link clicks;
• advertising identifiers and ad interactions, where advertising consent is given; and
• crash or diagnostic information from a mobile app.

2.3 Information you send us

If you contact us, your message is delivered to a third-party email service so we can respond. It is not added to a LoanBee customer database or profile.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the necessity and impact of the processing and use proportionate safeguards. You may object to this processing as explained in section 9.

4. Analytics

4.1 Google Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to measure visits and selected interactions. It may use cookies and receive the page URL, online identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location, and the events described in section 2.

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or other direct identifiers to Google Analytics. You can refuse or withdraw analytics consent without losing access to the calculator.

4.2 Hosting and aggregate analytics

Service providers may process request details to deliver, protect, and operate the website and to produce cookieless aggregate statistics. Any operational or security logs are held by those providers under their service terms; we do not use them to create customer records or profiles.

5. Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertising on the website and may use advertising providers in our mobile apps.

Advertising technology is optional. We use Google's European regulations message to collect and communicate advertising choices where required. Depending on your selection, Google and its partners may process device identifiers, IP address, browsing activity, approximate location, and ad interactions to select, deliver, limit, and measure advertisements.

You can refuse or withdraw advertising consent without losing access to the calculator.

Google and participating advertising providers may process information for their own purposes. See Google's privacy policy, cookie information, and advertising controls.

6. Cookies and device storage

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

Google's consent message provides the current participating-provider list and available controls. You can also delete cookies and other stored data through your browser settings.

7. Mobile apps

Mobile apps perform calculations on the device and may use app-store services, crash reporting, analytics, and advertising SDKs. Details for each current release are provided in its Google Play Data Safety section, Apple Privacy Nutrition Label, and any in-app consent notice. Personalized advertising or cross-app tracking is used only where the required consent has been obtained.

8. Sharing, retention, and international transfers

We may share relevant information with:

• hosting and analytics providers, to operate, secure, and measure use of the website;
• Google and participating advertising providers, according to your choices;
• Google Play and Apple App Store when you use those platforms;
• professional advisers or prospective purchasers under appropriate confidentiality arrangements;
• public authorities where required by law; and
• other parties where you direct us or give valid consent.

We have no infrastructure for storing customer records and do not maintain a customer database. Third-party services may retain information within their own systems: email until deleted, consent choices for as long as needed to respect them, Google Analytics user-level and event-level data for no more than 14 months in a standard property, and operational or advertising information according to the provider's settings and terms.

Aggregated statistics that no longer identify anyone may be retained for longer.

Some providers process information outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required, legally recognized transfer safeguards apply.

9. Your rights

We do not hold identifiable customer records or store loan calculations, so we will ordinarily have no customer data to access, correct, or delete. You may withdraw consent through the available privacy controls.

In the United Kingdom, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. In the EEA, you may complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.

10. Children

The Services are general financial-planning tools and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly request names or contact details from children under 13.

11. Security

We use proportionate technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data, including access controls, secure hosting, and minimizing the information collected. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We review this policy when our processing, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy with a revised date and provide a more prominent notice before any material new use of personal data where required.
